━ National Program Vision · 10+ Cities

Atlanta

Is Just

The Start.

The Blue Collar Expo is a national workforce development platform — not a one-city event. Atlanta is the proof of concept for a replicable model that will expand market by market across the country.

─National Expansion Roadmap

Four Phases.

One Platform.

01

phase 1

Atlanta Proof of Concept

2026 – 2027

Launch and execute the inaugural Blue Collar Expo in Metro Atlanta. Document every process, sponsor structure, operational system, and outcome metric. Build the model that everything else is built on.

02

phase 2

Regional Expansion

2027 – 2028

Deploy the documented model into 2–3 high-demand labor markets. Replicate the program with local partnerships while maintaining national brand standards and outcomes consistency.

03

phase 3

National Network

2028 – 2030

Scale to 10+ cities with national sponsor agreements, standardized programming, and a unified digital platform connecting the entire Expo network for year-round engagement.

04

phase 4

Platform & Licensing

2030+

Launch a digital workforce platform, licensing model for regional partners, and potential international expansion. The Blue Collar Expo becomes infrastructure — not just an event series.

─ The Five National Pillars

Built to Scale

From Day One.

01

Workforce Pipeline Development

Every city deployment activates a local talent pipeline — from awareness and training to credentialing and placement. Each Expo produces measurable outcomes with documented follow-up.

02

Economic Development Positioning

The Expo positions host cities as workforce-forward communities and creates the kind of public-private engagement that attracts long-term investment. Local workforce leaders see the value immediately.

03

Industry Collaboration Infrastructure

OEMs, employers, schools, workforce boards, and government converge in one place with defined roles in each market. The national network creates cross-market employer relationships.

04

Career Discovery & Elevation

Blue-collar careers are elevated to a respected, aspirational status in every market the Expo enters. School-to-trade pipelines are activated locally and connected to the national platform.

05

Replicable National Infrastructure

Every structural decision in Atlanta — sponsor tiers, floor layout, Career Center model, outcome reporting, government engagement, and media strategy — is designed to be documented and replicated. The Atlanta Expo is not just an event. It is a blueprint.

─Founding Partner Opportunity

Get In Before The Network Scales.

Sponsors and partners who commit during the Founding Partner window establish preferred positioning in the national program — with the opportunity to negotiate multi-city presence as the Expo expands. This window closes once Title and Presenting positions are filled.
